This is a very accurate way to measure the actual sound pressure in your ear canal while wearing the hearing aid. It can be used to validate the amount of amplification actually being provided by the hearing aid. It can also be used to determine the source of user complaints such as "hollowness" or "echo effect".

Tympanometry
This very accurate and sensitive type of testing can measure if you have fluid or infection behind your ear drum that could be causing your hearing problem.

Video-Otoscopy
With our Video Otoscope YOU can see your ear. See for yourself if you have wax, a hole in your eardrum, or something else wrong with your ear. This is the latest technology for evaluating the physical condition of the ear canal and ear drum.

Hearing aid prescription and fitting of the full range of hearing aids including digital technology
The goal of the hearing aid evaluation and prescription process is to determine which hearing aid is right for you. We currently have over 100 makes and models to choose from including the latest in digital and programmable technology.

To make the right choice, our staff will be looking at many different factors. Some of these are your hearing loss, listening needs, life style, ear size & shape, type of ear wax, and even your jaw movement.
We strongly advise that you bring your spouse, a family member, or a close friend with you when deciding upon a hearing aid. They can really help us understand how your hearing loss is effecting you, your family and your friends.

At the end of the evaluation we will tell you exactly which hearing aid we feel will best solve your hearing problems. We will give you the exact make and model as well as the precise cost for the hearing aid and all related professional services.

It is then your choice whether you decide to try the hearing aids on our Risk Free Trial Program.

Our Unique Hearing Aid Fitting Program:
Gradually brings you back into the world of hearing & Guarantees you become a successful hearing aid user.

We offer a unique fitting process where we gradually bring you back into the world of hearing. This is one of the keys to making you a successful hearing aid user.

Stop to think about this. Your hearing loss did not occur overnight or even in a week or a month. It has gradually been going down for several years. If we bring you all the way back up to normal in one step we will overwhelm you and your auditory system. It would be just like taking you from a dark room into the bright sunshine. You have to close your eyes because it is too bright. If we correct your hearing too quickly everything will seem too loud. You will end up rejecting the hearing aids or throwing them into a drawer. (I bet this is what happened to many of your friends who tried aids and failed.)

To prevent this we have a rehabilitation system that gradually adapts you to better hearing over a period of 30-45 days. At the initial fitting of the hearing aid we provide you with enough benefit to notice improvement in your hearing but not enough to overwhelm you. For the next 4-6 weeks we see you weekly for counseling and adjustments to the hearing aid. By then end of the trial period we have gradually corrected your hearing loss, brought you back into the world of hearing, and given you hearing aids you can use and enjoy!

Risk Free Trial Program
Guarantees you better hearing or you pay nothing.

Our Risk Free Trial Program guarantees you better hearing or you pay nothing! All of our hearing aids are fit on a Risk Free Trial Basis. This allows you to "Test Drive" them for 30-45 days to be sure they are doing what we promised and that you like how the hearing aids perform for you.

During the trial we want you to wear the hearing aids to church and out to dinner with friends. We want you to watch TV with them and take a ride in the car. We want you to go to the bank and hear the teller. Only through actually wearing the hearing aids will you know what they can and cannot do for you.

With our Risk Free Trial Program you can return the hearing aids any time during the trial period for a full - 100%- refund of all money you paid. This is not an empty promise. We put this promise in writing - right on your purchase contract and we stand by it.
